Somatic Parts Work for Changemakers
As human beings and stewards of social change, we carry complex and often conflicting beliefs. These beliefs can stem from our own lived experiences and those of our families and lineages.
How do our beliefs impact our sense of safety and alignment with our values? How can we hold emotional complexity AND build moral clarity in our work for justice?
Internal Family Systems is a model based on curiosity and compassion for the many parts of ourselves. Morgan Bach, PsyD integrates IFS with somatic and expressive arts practices to create compassionate spaces of discovery and mutual witness.
This introductory experiential workshop is for you if:-you want your activism to feel more sustainable -you want to feel more aligned with your values-you often find yourself in a numbing or freeze response -you are curious about your inner world and want to try something new!
